1. Introduction
Welcome to BoostMe, provided by ProductHow Labs LLC ("BoostMe", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at https://boostme.design (the "Website") and all related tools, services, and networks provided by BoostMe (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, members, and educators. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. About BoostMe
BoostMe is a global platform dedicated to design education, offering learning materials, resources, and community access for designers at all levels. The website at https://boostme.design serves as an informational landing page, while interactive features such as user accounts, content access, comments, and community engagement are hosted on our Circle-powered community platform at www.boostmedesign.community. BoostMe is intended for global use and does not have any country restrictions.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services independently. Users younger than 18 may use the Services only with parental or legal guardian consent. Some features require you to register an account via the Circle platform. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. Users can delete their accounts on Circle and stop any subscriptions via Polar at any time.
4. User Content and Community
Users can post comments and feedback within the community. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By posting content on BoostMe, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use your content within the platform, as monitored and managed on Circle.
BoostMe may reuse or display user-generated content (e.g., testimonials, community posts) for promotional or educational purposes. You’re responsible for ensuring that anything you post does not infringe copyright or violate any applicable law. A Code of Conduct applies: no hate speech, spam, self-promotion, or illegal activities are allowed. Moderators and admins on Circle may suspend or ban users violating these rules.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All original content provided on the Website and Services—including text, visuals, PDFs, boosters, and layouts—is the intellectual property of BoostMe or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
We may create or adapt educational materials from publicly available third-party sources. These materials are clearly transformed and used for educational and non-commercial purposes in accordance with the principles of fair use. We do not claim ownership over third-party trademarks or copyrighted content unless explicitly stated.
If you believe something on BoostMe infringes your rights, let us know at support@boostme.design. Please include:
Your name and contact info
A description of the work you believe was used without permission
Where exactly it appears on our site (URL or screenshot)
A statement that you believe the use isn’t authorized
A quick confirmation that you're the owner or allowed to act on their behalf
We’ll review the request and take appropriate action if needed.
6. License and Permitted Use
All original BoostMe content—including PDFs, videos, templates, boosters, and layouts—is owned by BoostMe or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a personal-use license to access and use BoostMe materials privately for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share BoostMe content. You may not reuse BoostMe content for client projects, teaching, or commercial purposes without explicit permission. BoostMe reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any content at any time.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments are securely processed through Polar (https://polar.sh ) which is built on Stripe technology.
You can access Regular Boosters for free with lifetime access. Pro Boosters are available via paid subscription. We currently offer a yearly discount. Promo codes, lifetime deals, or student discounts are not available at this time.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate unless canceled in advance. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Polar Customer Portal. If your payment fails or your card expires, access to Pro Boosters will be canceled until payment is updated.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase; therefore, refunds are not available. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial use, unused time, or mid-cycle cancellations.

9. Data Collection and Privacy
Our website is built on Framer, which may collect user behavior data and website analytics to help us improve your experience. Additionally, we use several third-party services to provide and maintain our Services, including:
Circle (community hosting and data)
Polar (payments)
Notion Forms (data collection)
Data may be shared with these third parties as necessary to provide and maintain the Services. BoostMe is a global service and complies with international data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
Your use of BoostMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Services to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Post hateful, harmful, or spam content
Exploit security vulnerabilities or disrupt the platform
Circumvent access restrictions or licensing terms
Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights of others
Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or banning by moderators or admins on Circle.
11. Availability and Modifications
BoostMe does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website or Services. We disclaim liability for downtime, interruptions, or temporary unavailability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any content or features without prior notice. Users may not modify or delete content provided by BoostMe.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
13. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoostMe and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your misuse of the Services;
Any Content you submit, post, or share through the Services.
By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share such Content; and
Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostMe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are provided by ProductHow Labs LLC ("BoostMe", "we", "us", "our") and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProductHow Labs LLC is legally incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. Third-Party Services
Our Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or services such as Circle, Framer, Polar, and Notion. Please note that BoostMe does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

16. Force Majeure
BoostMe shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, natural disasters, strikes, or internet service failures.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
18. Educational Use and No Guarantee of Results
BoostMe provides educational content for informational and self-development purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, such as job placement, income increase or business success. Use of our Services is at your own discretion and risk.
19. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BoostMe with respect to the Services and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
